Prof. Dr. Johan Venter
Prof. Dr. Johan Venter is an academic and consultant, having held various positions with institutions such as Stellenbosch Graduate School of Business, Bowling Green State University, USA, Bond University, Australia and Maastricht School of Management. He has lectured and consulted in many countries, focussing on issues related to the internationalization of developing countries. He also has vast experience in the field of capacity building of emerging academic institutions in Africa. He holds a Bachelor’s and Masters Degree from the University of Pretoria and a PhD from Stellenbosch University. Prior to joining the Academia, he served many years abroad (USA and France) as a diplomat with the prime function of promoting exports and foreign direct investment.
